Our friendly and courteous HELPdesk Support Staff is the hallmark of HELPnet, and our dedicated HELPline is the front door to providing you with answers, computer diagnostics, and troubleshooting. The front line support is augmented with a team of industry certified, security focused systems administrators that keep your information, data, and computers safe and secure. 

HELPnet's departmental support is people focused. Our friendly staff is focused on providing you the best experience with IT as possible. As such, our pricing model is geared toward the person, not per computer. We have found that this model emphasizes people focused support while also not disincentivising use of technology.
