Client Support Services Team

The members of this team serve as computing support and networking specialists, providing expert consulting and support for software applications under a variety of computing environments. Further, they supervise the HELPnet Line operations and ensure effective and efficient coordination of support services.

Lifecycle Inventory Team (LCI)

As part of Client Support this team coordinates equipment lifecycle from purchase to surplus. They image and deploy IT-12 aligned equipment using Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM).
