HELPnet Technology Services is known for technical expertise and data security… but our real emphasis is on great customer relations! Our vision statement indicates our commitment to our clients: To provide the highest quality technological help possible to diverse clients in a friendly, supportive environment. We are excited to expand our technology support to two new groups on the IUPUI campus – the Division of Student Life and the IUPUI Graduate Office. Both of these groups dedicate their services to helping IUPUI students, and we are proud to be able to assist them with their mission. Students are an absolute priority, and helping the staff and faculty by providing timely, courteous support enables HELPnet clients to focus on quality service without technological worries or problems. A larger client base also provides the ability to obtain greater efficiency in our service to help contain costs as we move into the future. We strive to provide great support at reduced costs and look for opportunities to make this happen. Welcome aboard!
